These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MyAnmol website, customer portal, and related services provided by Anmol Chemicals Private Limited.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using MyAnmol, Customer confirms and represents that the Customer is duly authorized to act on behalf of the business or organization named in the Customer's account and has the authority to inquire about our offerings/products/services, request quotations, submit purchase orders, make payments, and receive communications on behalf of such business or organization.
MyAnmol portal provides a business-to-business platform for product discovery, enquiry, generating sample requests, quotation and procurement of our products. The Company may refuse, suspend or close an account where information is inaccurate, use is unauthorized, or continued access may create security, legal, regulatory or commercial risk.
2. Website information and product enquiries
Product descriptions, specifications, availability, documents and other material on MyAnmol are provided for general business information. They do not constitute a binding offer, technical recommendation, medical claim or guarantee of suitability for a particular application.
The Buyer is responsible for independently evaluating and ensuring the suitability, compatibility, quality, storage, handling, transportation, import, export, processing, regulatory acceptability, and intended use of each Product for its specific application and destination market, including obtaining all applicable licences, approvals, registrations, permits, and regulatory clearances. Product information displayed on the Portal, including specifications, technical information, regulatory status, certifications, documentation, applications, and other descriptions, is provided for general reference and may be subject to change. While the Company endeavors to maintain accurate and current information, such information shall not be construed as a warranty, representation, or guarantee of suitability or regulatory approval for any specific application or jurisdiction. Product-specific documentation, certificates, specifications, and agreed commercial documents shall prevail where they conflict with website content. Any documentation or information intended for regulatory submission shall be subject to the Company's prior written confirmation before being submitted or relied upon for any regulatory purpose.
- Products are intended only for lawful industrial, commercial, research or other expressly agreed uses.
- Products must not be used for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic or consumer purposes unless the Company expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
3. Quotations, PFI, purchase orders and contract formation
A quotation or proforma invoice (PFI) is subject to its stated validity, stock availability, credit approval, applicable taxes, regulatory requirements and written acceptance by the Company. A customer purchase order is a request to purchase; it does not bind the Company until the Company accepts it in writing or otherwise confirms the order through MyAnmol.
Where the Company accepts a purchase order, the accepted quotation, PFI, purchase order, invoice, delivery terms and any written order-specific terms form the commercial agreement for that transaction. If there is an inconsistency, the order-specific documents take priority over these general Terms to the extent of the inconsistency.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices, currency, taxes, freight, insurance, duties and other charges are as stated in the accepted commercial document unless otherwise agreed in writing. Taxes will be charged where applicable.
Where online payment is enabled, payments are processed through the Company's authorized payment gateway. The Company does not intentionally store full card, UPI or online-banking credentials. A payment is treated as successful only after the payment gateway's server-to-server confirmation is received and verified by the Company.
The Company may place an order on hold, decline dispatch or cancel an unconfirmed order where:
- Payment is not received by the due date.
- Short payment is received.
- Payment is reversed.
- A compliance check fails.
5. Dispatch, delivery and inspection
Dispatch dates are estimates. Delivery may be made in one or more consignments where this is commercially reasonable or stated in the commercial documents. Partial delivery shall not, by itself, entitle the Buyer to cancel the undelivered portion of an order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery shall be made in accordance with the applicable delivery terms, including any agreed Incoterms, freight arrangements, and delivery instructions stated in the applicable commercial documents.
The buyer must inspect each delivery promptly on receipt and notify the Company in writing of:
- Any visible shortage, within 3 days of receipt of material.
- Transit damage, within 3 days of receipt of material.
- Apparent non-conformity, within 7 days of receipt of material.
Any notification of damage or shortage should, where applicable, be accompanied by relevant supporting evidence, including photographs, delivery records, transporter's acknowledgement, batch details, packaging information, and other reasonably requested documentation.
The Buyer shall preserve the Product, packaging, labels, samples, and relevant supporting records in the condition in which they were received and shall not dispose of, alter, use, process, or otherwise modify the affected Product.
All quality complaints shall be subject to the Company's applicable quality complaint and investigation procedure and, where appropriate, may require sample evaluation, document review, joint testing, or testing by an independent laboratory mutually agreed between the parties.
6. Customer responsibilities
You must keep account credentials confidential, provide accurate and current business/contact details, and promptly notify the Company of unauthorized account activity. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, or use the platform in breach of applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Intellectual property and permitted use
The website, branding, content, product materials, software, designs and documentation are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable law. You may use them only for evaluating or conducting business with the Company. You may not copy, modify, publish, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except for warranties expressly set out in an accepted commercial document or required by applicable law, MyAnmol and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or that every product will be continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of MyAnmol. Any direct liability relating to a particular order will be limited to the amount paid to the Company for the affected product under that order, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Suspension, changes and termination
The Company may update MyAnmol, these Terms, product information or service features from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated Terms, subject to any order-specific terms already accepted for an existing order.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions. The proposed courts with jurisdiction are the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, subject to legal approval before publication.
